Sand Analysis & Testing

Are you experiencing issues with your current arena riding surface? Some of these issues are able to be addressed and rectified by simply sending us a sample of your current riding surface material.

Our in-house team will run analysis on your material to determine its viability based upon extensive data we have collected over the years from a wide variety of surfaces and sand types. Our reports will analyze the distribution sizes of the sand particles as well as the sand shape to determine the overall suitability of your current arena surface.

Our data collection examines the elements of cushion, firmness, grip, responsiveness, and consistency as informed by our extensive work with the FEI. Many footing issues can be addressed by simply introducing an arena additive such as geotextile or fiber material, or even additional sands.

The reports we generate will give accurate data that will allow our footing experts to provide you with the best advice on how best to proceed with the re-development or replacement of your existing footing to meet your performance needs and budget needs.
