ESI Footing Direct’s DIY option can be completed in 4 easy steps to help any arena owner or contractor.
- Personal Phone Consultation – During this process our in-house Arena Experts will gather all necessary information to help build your dream riding surface. Whether you are rejuvenating an existing sand arena or building from the ground up, the ESI Footing Direct team will guide you throughout the process.
- If you have an existing sand surface, we offer in-house sand analysis, along with reports on the performance capabilities of your material to help you make informed decisions for the development and maintenance of your riding surface.
- Develop a Plan – Based on the consultation with our Arena Experts, ESI Footing Direct will give recommendations on which additives, sand or pre-blended footing would be ideal for your arena. This service is customized to meet the individual client’s needs, taking into account variables such as climate, foot traffic, discipline requirements, and budgeting.
- Should you require additional assistance, we would be happy send one of our Arena Experts for a site visit for further consultation.
- DIY Installation – ESI Footing Direct will provide instructions for receiving & installing our pre-packaged additives, sand or pre-blended footing. Our team will formulate the exact amount of material that is needed based upon your arena size, which ensures you will always stay under budget.
- A necessary equipment list will be provided to guide installation.
- If you do not feel prepared to complete the installation yourself, ESI Footing Direct offers options for our crew to mobilize onsite to complete installation.
- If you feel confident about installation but need some guidance on site, our Arena Supervisors can also be on hand to oversee the process and offer assistance.
- Maintaining – Are you concerned about the longevity of your footing after installation? Not to worry! ESI Footing Direct provides clients with an arena maintenance booklet and videos to inform you of best practices for keeping your footing in top shape! Our team will reach out with follow up emails and phone calls to answer any questions you may have about your arena’s continued performance.
- If you prefer more ‘hands on’ assistance, our arena maintenance supervisors are available to visit your site and provide in-person training.
- We can also put together a custom schedule that is tailored to your specific arena maintenance needs.
